 Dear
Members,
My name is Ernst Amundsen and I am the
CEO of this wonderful company TSC2000 Europe Ltd
and I am given the sole mandate from Pathfinder
AS board of directors to represent and operate
TSC2000 Europe Ltd according to given
instructions.
My background is from national as well as
international sales, marketing and management. I
have a diploma in international marketing and
communication with special focus on Consumer
Behaviour. My career in sales and marketing
began when joining one of the most well
recognized Norwegian electronic companies,
Tandberg Radio. My key commercial strength is in
sales, marketing, management and innovation. My
further developed is from my management rolls at
Bang & Olufsen (B&O), owner of
independent business, and subsequently with Sony
Corporation wherein I spent more than 20 years
heading various divisions with great success.
Likewise I have to mention the training I got
heading various rolls within the world wide
organization Junior Chamber of Commerce
International (JCI) Norway. Electronics has been
the focus of my whole life and in 1985 I
expanded my interest into computer
technology.
After I left Sony Corporation I spent 2
years studying the unique structure and benefits
of international multi level marketing (MLM)
gaining an astonishing amount of knowledge due
to my constant guest and appetite for learning
new areas of business. This knowledge coupled
with my creativity and business skills I know
will benefit our mutual future of TSC2000 in
many aspects. TSC2000 Europe Ltd has proven that
they can survive in a very competitive market
treating the members in the way they expect to
be treated when entering the MLM industry. Also
I am happy that TSC2000Europe Ltd is a portfolio
company of Pathfinder AS which have had lately
an enormous growth, and is as of today
well-managed by skilful people who know how to
implement balanced scorecard combined with Key
Performance Indicators.

Vatne
Marketing
Director.
Erlend Vatne graduated with a Bachelor of
Business Administration from the University of
Hawaii in 1996 and has been a full-time global
Network Marketing distributor since 1997. He
fell in love with the industry while studying
and decided to treat it as his "career" when he
returned back to his native country of Norway in
1996. After an initial year of struggling in the
industry, Erlend has gone on to build
organizations of several thousand distributors.
In 1997 at the age of just 25 he reached the
position of National Marketing Director with
Lifestyles International, one of Canada's
largest network marketing companies. Then in
2001 he joined Nature's of Scandinavia and
became a Diamond Executive in record-time of
only 5 months. Most recently, Erlend has built a
telecommunication network that today has over
24.000 customers and annual sales in excess of 5
million dollars. Even though he does not
actively build this business anymore, the
organization is still solid and has created a
walk-away residual income. Thus, for the past
year and a half Erlend has spent his time
travelling, looking at other business ventures
and generally just enjoying his time
off.
For Erlend the rewards of being
involved in network marketing are far more than
monetary. "I really love network marketing
because it fosters a sense of caring and a
desire to help people. The only way to build
lasting success is to make sure others in your
organization succeed."
Erlend currently lives in
Oslo, Norway and when he is not working he loves
to travel, play golf, spend time with his family
and visit exotic beaches around the
world.
Erlend is extremely result oriented and
this skill combined with his good education and
9 years of successful network experiences will
be good assistance for all of you who wish to
build relationship and business in conjunction
with
us.
